How It Works

From claim intake to close-out, we manage the process so carriers and contractors can focus on what they do best.

Overview

Reli-Able Claim Solutions operates as a full-scope mitigation and reconstruction TPA. We take in claims from insurance carriers, whether during business hours or after-hours emergencies. We dispatch vetted contractors in defined service areas based on ZIP code and fair rotation rules. We manage all documentation and estimate review, and we support reconstruction through close-out. Our goal is simple: keep claims moving, keep communication clear, and make sure everyone gets paid fairly and on time.

For Carriers: What Happens When a Claim Comes In

Whether the call comes at 2pm or 2am, the process stays the same.

1

Claim Routed to Reli-Able

You route the claim to us, either through your after-hours line or during business hours depending on your program setup. We answer the phone and take down the details.

2

Logging and Assignment

We log the claim details and select a contractor based on ZIP code and rotation rules. No favoritism, just fair distribution.

3

Contractor Accepts and Responds

The contractor receives the assignment and accepts or declines. Once accepted, they contact the policyholder and head to the site. We stay in the loop throughout.

4

Documentation Gathered

We collect photos, mitigation reports, reconstruction estimates, and completion details from the contractor. Everything goes into one organized file.

5

Review and Package for Payment

We review documentation and estimates for fairness and industry standards, then package everything for your review and payment approval. No surprises, no disputes.

For Contractors: What Your Workflow Looks Like

Simple, predictable, and you get paid for work completed.

1

Receive Assignment

You get a call or message with the job details: policyholder name, address, type of loss, and carrier information. Real jobs, not leads.

2

Accept or Decline

If you can take the job, accept it. If you are unavailable, decline and the job goes to the next contractor in rotation. No penalties for occasional declines, but consistent no-shows affect your standing.

3

Contact Policyholder and Perform Work

Reach out to the policyholder, get on site, and perform mitigation and/or reconstruction. You do the work you are good at.

4

Submit Photos and Estimates

Send us your photos, mitigation reports, and estimates. We handle the paperwork and carrier communication.

5

Get Paid

You get paid based on carrier-approved scopes. Our team is in your corner on documentation to make sure your work is represented fairly.

Program Flexibility

Carriers can start with the scope that fits their needs:

After-Hours Mitigation Only

We handle emergency calls outside business hours and dispatch contractors for immediate mitigation. You retain control of reconstruction.

  • 24/7 emergency response
  • You keep reconstruction control

Full-Scope Mitigation and Reconstruction

We manage the entire claim from first notice of loss through reconstruction close-out, within certain lines of business or regions you define.

  • End-to-end claim management
  • Customizable by region or LOB

The same core process works whether the claim came in at 2pm or 2am. We adapt to your program, not the other way around.
