A Mitigation and Reconstruction TPA Built on Trust

We come from the restoration industry. We have managed large-scale mitigation and reconstruction operations, served as regional managers overseeing complex claims, and built businesses from the ground up. We know what it takes to run equipment, manage crews, document losses, and work with adjusters under pressure.

Over the years, we saw the same problems repeat themselves: claims with excessive dry times, poor documentation, and endless back-and-forth between adjusters and contractors. Carriers were frustrated with inconsistent work and inflated estimates. Contractors were frustrated with slow approvals, unclear expectations, and payment delays.

The process kept breaking down because there was no repeatable system in the middle. No one was coordinating the work, reviewing documentation before it became a problem, or making sure both sides had what they needed to close the claim cleanly.

So we built Reli-Able to put that system in place. We combine our hands-on restoration experience with Xactimate expertise and a deep understanding of what carriers actually need to approve claims. We vet contractors, assign jobs fairly, review documentation before submission, and keep everyone informed throughout the process.

We started with regional carriers in Wisconsin, focusing on emergency claims and after-hours mitigation response. Our goal is to offer structured TPA support for mitigation and reconstruction across more carriers and regions throughout the Midwest.
