Insurance claims adjuster reviewing property damage

Mitigation and Reconstruction Claims, Managed From First Call to Final Closeout

When a loss is routed to us, we gather the essential details, assign our internal claim number, and make sure the job starts in an organized and consistent way every time. Your adjusters stay focused on higher-level decisions while we handle the coordination.

What We Handle For You

We sit in the space between the carrier and contractor, where most miscommunication and delays tend to happen, and manage that workflow cleanly from the first call to final closeout. We are not trying to reinvent the claims process. We are simply putting a consistent, fair, and reliable structure around it.

1

Reliable Contractor Dispatch

We identify the right contractor based on the ZIP code they truly serve and a fair rotation system that keeps work distributed evenly. Each contractor in our network agrees to clear expectations around response times, documentation, and communication. If someone declines or is unavailable, we immediately move to the next contractor in rotation.

2

Proactive Follow-Up

For after-hours calls especially, we follow up the next morning with both the insured and the contractor to confirm contact, verify arrival, and deal with any early problems before they grow. Our role is to keep the job moving so you do not have to chase updates or mediate basic communication issues.

3

Structured Estimate Review

We review everything to make sure the documentation supports the scope, that drying times and equipment levels are appropriate, and that the estimate aligns with industry standards and your expectations. The idea is not to push contractors down or inflate disputes, but to present a clean, fair, well-supported estimate so your adjusters do not get stuck in unnecessary back-and-forth.

4

Clean Closeout Packages

At closeout, we provide a clean, organized package that includes the final documentation, key dates, approved amounts, and a brief summary of the job, so everything is easy to reference internally.

How It Works

1

Loss Comes In

You route the loss to us. We gather the essential details from the insured and assign our internal claim number.

2

We Dispatch

We call the appropriate contractor directly, provide the key information, and they accept or decline on the spot.

3

We Manage the File

We collect photos, estimates, and job completion details. We review documentation and resolve questions before they hit your desk.

4

Clean Closeout

Once the estimate is finalized and approved, we provide a clean closeout package and invoice the agreed TPA fee.
